SAMIS Support is available every Victorian/THQ business day from 8.30am - 4.30pm (AEST).

SAMIS is essential for people & activity recording required by The Salvation Army (TSA)Corps, neo-missions, Residential and Outreach based services (including SHSC), Community Support Services/Corps Welfare (Emergency Relief), Counselling (General and Financial), HACC, ACHA, CACP and Chaplaincy services. As well as Emergency Services (Disaster), and any other Disaster response.
SAMIS User Changes:
If you have forgotten your SAMIS login details, please email SAMIS Team with your own name and the name of The Salvation Army Centre where you work.
To update, add, delete SAMIS User Accounts at you centre, please raise an AUS Request Form via the link available from the home page of your TSA email account.
Need User Training in SAMIS? Currently the options are:
1.The E-Learning modules (Click the E-learning link from the home page of your TSA email account);
2. Download the relevant SAMIS User Guide from the 'SAMIS Help >> SAMIS User/Training Guides' after you login to SAMIS;
3. Book an over-the-phone 30-45min support session with the SAMIS Support team;
4. Attend the classroom training when scheduled within your Division (in Victoria there are once-a- month training sessions held at THQ Blackburn - contact SAMIS Support to register).
5. Use the Training System (see below) to practise.
