Manage corporate volunteer performance

If there are any issues with lack of attention to instructions, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour, discuss the incident(s) with the team leader.

Our corporate supporters also have zero tolerance policies for bullying, harassment and discrimination. So any behaviour that violates these policies must be reported to the team leader or the corporate volunteering coordinator.

If the team leader does not respond, contact the Volunteer Resource Coordinator who will contact the appropriate Corporate Representative.
